It took me two days to complete the interview. Because, when it came to photos of my state ID a social security and facial recognition was kicked out numerous times. I believe it was based on discrimination as name is hispanics.

Hard to find correct or true information. To many places have information but when I went for my real.id I had to go back home to get more paperwork to complete the ID.

User friendly and easy instructions to follow to finish the process to the end
At first I was a little worried and irritated that I was having to upload so much documentation and take selfies. It was pretty daunting and took up quite a bit of my time. But once it was done, now I can sign in with ease. Yes, I still have to take a selfie to prove it's me - which I wish that I could just use my face sign-in. But at least they prove it's me and not someone pretending to be me signing into my account.
It was easy setting up my account til I realized my photo ID has a different address than what I put on my account. And I cannot find the account that has my Profile so I can change my address
