A very difficult process to setup one's ID.me. Too many steps. Needing to upload personal documents and personal details, makes one feel what the HACKERS need to get into your personal account
ID.ME eliminated option to contact them about problems in cashing out rewards. They no longer offer direct contact opportunity and do not respond to requests for help. This is concerning from a customer service perspective but also from a security one.
I'm of the older generation that really got left in the dust of the rising high tech world and for the first time "really" while filling out a purchase order ID.ME helped out making verifications necessary for discounts a breeze. Easy set-up easy to work with when you need I.D. verification of who you are. Everything thing works without a hitch and I have no problem with giving six stars 🤩... LOVE IT!

It took a little time but never felt rushed. The video verification was amazing. The agent was kind and helpful. I sent the wrong picture for verifying my passport (sent a pic of an expired passport) but was able to work through that with little difficulty. If I can do this anyone can!
Just a lot of issues signing in. Had to create new acct. Didn't even know I had an act. Just lack of understanding t anxiety trying to get it done. Now that it's done I hope the rest of the application and completing t receiving my card goes smoothly... Need card by the 7th takes 14 days hoping to do my taxes for free at work hopefully will still be able to...
