Have been trying to verify status for months but always get a message that verification was done in another account associated with a different email account. No help on searching the account. Website isn't very helpful and email replies are from a robot which provides generic answers.
Dystopian nightmare for me. Needed ID verification to get my unemployment benefits. Forced to use this system. Photographed my ID, scanned my face, and then….nothing. No feedback at all. Logged back in to web account, no status. Tried support - there is no live support by text or phone. Web form only which gives completely irrelevant form reply.
I tried to upload many different official documents to prove that I am a student and none were accepted. After more than 10 failed trials, I gave up and tried again the next day with one of the docs that I had previously uploaded and was rejected and it finally worked. Safe to say their AI for scanning documents is terrible, so brace yourself with a lot of patience if you need that student validation.
The review process was easy. It maybe took me 10 minutes to finish it.
