My experience was very quick and simple. They provided me with everything I asked for, I also did a video call which was very exciting because they're making sure you get the right support and help you need.

I understand the need for secure methods for identification. This is not the way to go about it. Confusing, inconsistent, redundant are three words I would use to describe the process.

The worst software I have ever tried to use if you live outside
the US. If you don't have a US driver's license you cannot get into it Whoever thought that up should be fired
