Took forever to set up account. Asks you to upload Social Security card, passport, drivers license, etc. to verify your identity. Documents repeatedly rejected by site. Had to use the phone contact and resend the documents he asked for. Finally got it set up. Tried to log onto SSA and identity rejected. Logged on to IDme to check my info and found the mixed part of my last name into my middle name and only have half of my last name as my last name in their records. Went through the system to request a correction to my name but that was denied. Therefore the IDme info does not match the legal name that government websites have for me so why have a verification system that cannot use your correct name and actually verify your identity for the website. I do not recommend trusting IDme to provide accurate verification when logging into sensitive sites.

I wasn't difficult to attain; however, I was, and still am, a little apprehensive about the authenticity of the site. There is too much fear among us, the people.

Easy to navigate into the application if you wanna copy Social Security you can do it here you can submit we no problems if you wanna copy date of birth you can do it here too you can submit it here too they come back with the IRS and you can get your W-2 forms copy and every information is submitted with no problem
ID ME is very user friendly. I would like to refer family, friends and the people I know bcoz it's very easy process to get in and convenient for different government websites. Thank you ID ME!
