A family member has used my social security number, DOB to open a ID.me account in their name. As a result I am unable to sign into ID.me to apply for unemployment benefits. I want to report that this account is fraudulent but I don't know who to contact in your company to report this.
A few glitches, e.g., needed to get passport available, needed photo of driver's license, needed to upload these and not really sure how I did this. Otherwise, all went pretty smoothly.
