It says error code 6000 and when I called customer service they ask for bank account info. Also Googled error code seems to be common problem but with no real way to fix it.this site is a joke.

I was a bit skeptical of this app at first, especially when it asked me to take pics of my driver's license and a video selfie... But I read all the details about why they do this and I didn't feel skeptical anymore. They do have 3 or 4 very personal procedures to create your account, but if you do your research before hand you will understand why. All the little security check points is about keeping you and your info safe, secure, and protected. I would recommend ID.me to anyone, I give them 5+ stars. ID.me has your back!

I'm in the VA system and years ago I'd.me and login.gov were difficult to log into now we have to use one or the other. Now it's much easier and Id. Me seems to be the easiest.
