Worst experience ever I don't know why any company would use this app or website to do anything they have no idea what customer service is
I have been trying to reach customer service for over a week now. I can not complete my unemployment application due to an error message I receive each time I try. No response extra standard email message. Very frustrating.
If I wasn't forced into doing this due to being a veteran and needing to get into my healthy vet site there is no way I would have gone through this very confusing, frustrating process. If you don't have the capability of taking photos of needed documents then becomes even more frustrating. If you don't have a cell phone then out of luck again. I was able to upload my driver's licence 4times after taking a photo of it that many times and it kept not accepting it, too blurry. After much frustration, I lucked out and was directed to a video chat with a very nice young lady with very little wait time who was able to get me registered. Whether you like it or not you will have to get registered as the VA requires it as well as social security and other federal agencies and there is a time frame to get it done.
