I needed to make sure my lost SSA card replacement was not an issue. Steps to replace and alert SSA was easy. The only problem I had was printing my receipt. Thank you for making this an easy process.
The system is inefficient. It lacks the security I need to protect my data. I had to establish another security login to access my proprietary information and account. I think this is ridiculous. I need someone to explain why this access is more secure than what I had in the past!

Had to call three different departments nobody ever called me back had to figure it out myself and when I finally did, everybody started calling me back telling me to call this person that person then the people finally started calling me back and telling me that it was on my end it wasn't their fault Worst thing ever invented, and it keeps you from being able to file unemployment or trying to look into Social Security, because if you can't open the ID, then you can't file your unemployment or look into your Social Security. I would never recommend anybody happen to use this if you didn't have to!

Not able to access my account since I created it. It's been almost a week and still have been able to access my account it's says it's a error and a help desk number which no one ever answers.

ID.me suspended my account for no reason within the first 24 hours of initial setup. This was right after adding all my work and school emails and while attempting to verify with Tractor Supply… If I'm also supposed to use this service with the IRS then, as a taxpayer, I feel like they should be honoring all of their government contracts. DOGE here I come.
Went through steps and now it has me locked out unable to verify my identity with the Internal Revenue Service and it's a total inconvenience.

Repeating itself over and over to create a new password. Had to keep reloading the page to get different id codes or whatever. Finally it worked to reset my password. Then the selfie video wouldnt pick up that i was following the rules. Had to reload the page and sign back in and finally it started to work.
