I was going through a very stressful situation due to tax identity theft. And was actually procrastinating the id-me log-in process. I don't have a computer and do everything on my android and/ or tablet sometimes having to use both simultaneously. UGG! Also I absolutely 'despise taking selfies, which was part of the process. Anyways the whole process was kinda cool and really quick and easy. I totally stressed over nothing.
I thought IDme was against me. During my first encounter with IDme my ID could not be scanned after two hours of effort. I was a.pissed consumer. My cell phone was a little dated so I used Chromebook. Now I am able to use IDme.simply at an array of agencies. I am extremely satisfied.
Easy to use and safe. Fast and through. Not to much problems or Hassell. Easy service once you get passed some stuff that is hard to get passed.
Invasive questions collected by possibly unsafe website, and the time and effort were a waste since I couldn't get to my records
Way too complicated and the Ai system they use is not capable of performing its function. Good luck trying to get the system to recognize satisfactory photos.
Not interested in hashing out the problem again. This is a government requirement in order to speak to the government on line.
I used ID.me to do some business with the IRS but the process was so fast and easy that now I'm assuming it was probably a Chinese or African scam and my identity will be stolen. The Federal government would never make anything this easy
