I had a hard time getting the right photo setting so that you could read the information on my ID and had to redo it like ten times. After that it was all good

Needed to verify with ID. Me for IRS. Wasn't an option so I kept trying and it took 15 or more tries before I "passed". I chose not to sign up for an annually released tax PIN since I have zero confidence in getting verified successfully again next year. One reason I might have failed was I moved "recently" 23 MONTHS ago. Ended up verifying using my OLD address but honestly not sure why the process failed for the 14 times it failed for me. Do not recommend. It sadly it wasn't a choice

Every time you hit the back view arrow, you have to go back and sign in again each time probably doing something wrong would be nice to view the next file without having to go back and sign in again
