It was kinda easy to sign in. But once your in it got easier. I would recommend ID. Me to anyone. They also fixed my problem with my account.
Challenging due to third party camera challenges in photo verification process - had to figure out first why I was having the problem and then look up in google how to rectify the issue all very time consuming and frustrating.
I was very impressed with the ease and timely manner in which it took me to get verified. I highly recommend it.

A big waste of my time. It took 45 minutes to verify who I am so I can send the IRS money. Do they think I would send them money for someone else's account. Another huge waste of taxpayer money and time.

I attempted several times, over a period of time, to upload documents in the self-process and was never able to do so. My attempts to obtain help from a human were a failure for some time. Finaly, when I contacted a human the basic issues were resolved, but hot totally. My final effort involved a video call. That went perfectly, and that agent was helpful, as was the fi rst agent. There should be a clearer method of reaching a human.

I found it pretty easy to use, I seem to remember it being kind of a pain the last time I used it, but pretty straight forward now. I just hope they keep the I.D. stored so I don't have to go through the whole process everytime I want to access my accounts?!
