I was very surprised that signing into my information was that easy. I also am very impressed because it seems that the security system is well maintained and thoroughly managed. I am hoping that the integrity of the system is never compromised.

Was fine Except that you insisted on doing this;( and then I had to com up with at least 100 letters and It doesn't except your last name when it's spelled correctly so it's always wrong 😑

ID. Me is the ONLY way to interact with the IRS. It does not log me in, I can enter my email, password, and successfully complete a MFA but beyond that, it doesn't work. I just get a generic "error" message. How can a company this terrible be in charge of my life?

I was stuck in a waiting queue for 12 plus hours for a service that took literally minutes to verify my information. I was also never explained to if my information was safe and secure from scammers and that my social security number wouldn't be shared with third parties.

Nice to use but suggest offer more detail options on short or long term payment options. For example adding " income tax 2024"

It's not a good experience at all I'm sure there are other ways that the government can identify a person's identity. This was way too many steps that too glitchy

Log in and password won't work! It worked very well at the H&R block office but when i tried to login on mu home computer all i get is wrong pass word or log in id, why?

The process was relatively easy. I thought it would be more complicated. I did have to find another document since the utility bill didn't have my middle initial.

I set my Id. Me account back in 2022 and never thought that I would be using it again. Glad I placed my account information in a secure place. I found it easy to move around and once I was all setup it was a breeze.

Very helpful & explained things well & explained information so I knew exactly what was going on. Answered any question that I didn't understand completely

Easy to work with full confidence. In the past I could reach IRS, Social Security and other official sites directly. There was always a concern whether a genuine site was reached. With ID. Me this concern is resolved.

It asked me a bunch of questions and I had to upload my documents several times, in the end it didn't let me login to the IRS giving me an error

Since they don't specify which smart devices work with verification system, uploading did NOT work at first. No instructions or useful alerts or error messages are ever given, you're simply looking at a blank screen wondering what the problem is.

I love that I'm already verified. So any site I go to that uses it, makes my life a lot simpler and save a TONS of time.
