I am trying to get copies of my DD214s. I am told to go to the evets website home page. That home page sends me to your login page which sends me back to the evets home page which sends me back to your login page which sends me back to the evets home page which sends me back to your login page. I have spent a combined 4 hours between yesterday and today trying to get copies of my DD-214s and I can not get past these 2 homepages that keep sending me back and forth between each other. If your website can't help me then your website is useless to me... AND i STILL CAN'T GET THROUGH TO THE EVETS HOMEPAGE to get the documents I need.

This was an easy process with excellent instructions to follow. The selfie was a little different because I could not be sure that the process was actually completed.
The IRS all my same information every year. This year IRS required me to use ID. Me. This process includes using 2 devises. It is Clumsy and faulty and repeats many times for you to "verify this is you by typing in the 6 digit code". After taking photos of my drivers license, (The IRS already has my Drivers ID for 30 years) Then taking selfies, (The IRS has never seen a photo of me) it took 3 or 4 selfies until they accepted it, At the end there was a pop up stating something went wrong, with no instruction as to what to do next.
