It took me an hour to prove who I am. I got a message that something went wrong but no information as to how to fix it. I'm a volunteer at the VSO office in Abington, MA and it was time to go home. So I just shut down the computer and went home.

Very simple! To use. No problem understanding the instructions. If you have to verify your identity, it's easy and convenient.
Just follow each step as directed. Easy to do. Even the photo of license is easy if you are using your phone.
Setup was a bit challenging since I don't have a smartphone (don't do web activities though I could). They worked with me by phone to verify me, so they went an "extra mile".
It actually took months for me to gain access to my account because I changed my phone number. Once I changed my phone number I could not receive texts to change my password until I used the facial recognition process.
