My social securityaccount has worked for years. WHY was it necessary to spend time and money for the 2 new systems. I can't even get signed into my account anymore. Can't get a person. Have held for days; all day long to get disconnected! Am not even allowed the 'privilege' to go stand in line all day to see a human. Don't know who owns the company that landed the contract to send people in circles... yeah

I've been using ID. Me for many years. It's very widely used. Most government agencies require you to use it. I've found a few civilian agencies ask if you have it they would prefer you to use it.
