They can't even handle basic image recognition, their UI/UX is awful and their approach to design is to throw a bunch of useless buzzwords that don't reflect what they're actually doing. They said "everything is fine and validated!" And then said it failed, 6 times, and locked me out of my own account preventing me from access my own medical records. I am a developer myself and let me tell you: if someone can't handle basic UI and design there is no way in hell I'm trusting them with something like security. So if this company can't handle UI and design why should anyone trust them to secure their information?
I opened my Id.me account for my IRS taxes and it was very simple to get set up. I like how secure my data is and the log in is safe.

Through the process you get the feeling that is a scam and you do it because you need the money of your tax return. Why is a private company recording ALL your data? Why do you need face recognition? Who has access to this information?
