THRE WAS NO TALKING TO A LIVE AGENT. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER. TWAS ON HOLD OVER 6 HOURS. IT TOOK 3 WEEKS TO GET TO SOMEONE. EVEN CALLED A CONGRESSMAN'S OFFICE. EVEN THEY COULD NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM.

My experience was a lot of errors (yes I typed my information in correctly) and buffering. It's better to do the video call, but try not to get irritated because you'll most likely run into an error.
