It was not userfriendly. I tried for seeral days to get into SS and had to have an ITT expert help me.
As a US Navy veteran, I needed this to receive a discount on my delivery of bottle water. Me being technology challenged. I believe I completed this transaction completely.
Fast and easy to use. No excessive photo retakes. Less stressful. Trustworthy safe and secure. Digital verification was with an agent and was quick to the point and friendly. No wasted time. I accomplished what I set out to do. Prove I am who I say I am online.
It's a little harder to get this task done. But it's all worth it in the end. Don't give up. The video call at the end makes very satisfying to know you've achieved success.
Only problem I had was trying to upload a selfie. It's not my phone I doubt it's your program but the interface between the two that look like I was taking an x-ray

It was a good experience. Simply questions and process to answer and follow. I would recommend to fellow teachers to do the verification.
The form was submitted, but not all questions were answered on the form. This means that when I printed the form, there were questions unanswered that had not been asked to me by ID.me. This means that the form will be surely rejected by the. Government agency.
The only problem was getting a clear picture of my drivers license which expires in one year and will I have to sign up for ID.me again?

This was not my first time on ID.me. The first time I was unable to set up my account. This time, the process was easier. They had changed a few things and made the instructions a bit more clear.

I had heard the process was a bit long and tedious, but I was able to go through the process with realtive ease. There was a bit of a wait while my documents were verified, but less than the stated seven minutes. Shortly thereafter, I was connected for the video call verification which was very professional and completed in a short amount of time.
All went very well. Getting a variety of documents ready to use did involve some effort. But now they are all secure in a digital format on my computer just in case there is another incident that would require me to use them again. Since someone stole my Social Security Number I am sure that there will be another incident. I believe that I am ready for that now.
Very satisfied and trusting knowing me keeps my private information safe and protected from hackers and identity thefts.
