Would not recommend this site to anyone. Over there head in customers... Similar to one individual street vender and customers like super walmart. Customer service there is none

I had to wait for a hours and days to get verified...
BUT turns out I didn't read carefully, pressed the PREVIOUS button, reviewed what I typed and inputed.

Wait time significantly and drastically changed and was able to reach a rep. The next day and finised verifocation in lole 10 - 15 min MAX

Unfortunately there is not an option for 0 stars. I sell cars and there is a discount to first responders & retired military personnel. Therefore, when I provide the discount they QUALIFY for and they drive off in their new vehicle, they have to return it or pay the discount that they received because the site has so many glitches and no contact source that the authorization number cannot be obtained. This site should be investigated. They have top security information that is being entrusted to them with no accountability. Look under BBB complaints! This company has 1.2 stars, yet they are still being used. The people that need to use this site are people that have and are still sacrificing their lives in order to protect our country and localities. How dare they be disrespected in this fashion by being forced to use this site. I plead the government entities to refuse this vendor and find another source.

Horribly Incompetent
April 29, 2021

Their technology is absurd and fails repeatedly. They do not have the staff or support to handle the contracts that they have conned from the government. Their process is wrought with technological flaws and no human contact is possible. If you reach out to them it will literally take weeks to get a response - and if you're one of the people waiting for unemployment benefits and cannot get them because of this ridiculous organization, then you may just have to get a lawyer. I would be surprised if we don't see class action suits filed. This is a sad reflection on the companies that use their services (including the State of Colorado) and they need to be replaced and be held accountable for the damages they are inflicting.

Garbage
April 28, 2021

I was fired for not having access. 90 days ID ME couldn't fix this. Now I'm fired and filing for unemployment benefits they HAVE my employer email address I tried to get for 90 days... So now I cant apply for unemployment since I don't have access to the ex employer who fired me for not having access in the first place. Terrible expeirence especially now I need them to. Update so I can have money from unemployment... Who chose this garbage company. No phone number. No replies to my 30 plus tickets... HELP. I have completed my id me video call and STILL NO ACCESS...

I had to sign up for their website to verify myself I was prompted to upload documents and all went fine until the end when they want to do a video call I went ahead and clicked that I'm ready for the call but then it said wait time over five hours I waited then it came up meet now I clicked and (gasp) please wait 3 hours and 25 minutes

I've "successfully processed" my identity 5 times with no avail... ID.me never adds my ID to my active approved ID's. This is so very frustrating and it's creating a financial hardship because this identy verification is for unemployment.

My experience with this company is miserable. I have never dealt with a company that is so mismanaged and incompetent in my life. This company needs shut down and overhauled, big time. It has been nothing but miserable. They fail at everything. Never get back to you or return emails. Just take your information and that's it. Don't verify anything for you.

I hope my experience can help others. I too had waited over 60 hours and the wait time freezes. DO NOT USE ANDROID PHONE. I had been using my ANDROID PHONE. I borrowed a neighbors Kindle Fire with Silk browser. In the middle of the day, countdown worked and I got a video call in about 3 hours. You have to refresh the page frequently. YOU CANNOT REFRESH ON AN ANDROID PHONE. Hope this helps.

Have been trying to get verified for four months and get no response to phone calls and the same computer response to emails. Which means that no humans review the phone system or email system to answer customer needs. Guess I will have to drive to a VA facility and wait in one of those lines to get the service I need.

On 22 Apr 2021 10:00 A.M. I entered the Ft Walton Beach Fl Unemployment Office and was sat down at a computer terminal. After entering information not necessary for an unemployment claim, the monitor informed me I had an eMail. I was in the Unemployment Office and therefor an eMail was stupid. I went home to reed the eMail. It was from ID.me, not the Unemployment Office, and it was expired. I was also told I needed a Cell Phone to take pictures of my forms of ID. As a former Law Enforcement Specialist USAF I was trained ID must be physically handled to insure authenticity. Cell Phone pictures make this an impossibility. Many people have been finger printed in this country. I can walk into many police stations in this country and be 100% ID'd in less than 5 minutes. Why is Florida paying for this less than 100 % secure service. I will make an honest effort to work around this incompetence. If unsucessful, I will call a LAWYER!

I am currently in id.me hell. This site is so clunky it can't even figure out how to put a giant "click here to upload your id" button on the site - the articles they offer up as "help" are worthless. The merry-go-round is absurd. Must be a government site. I tried the app - it's just as bad. I hate this website.

Trying to get verified with ID.ME for Georgia Labor Dept. Despite providing the documentation as required (passport and DL), I was forwarded to the service. Their forecast time to get an "agent" for a video conference was 4 hours and 44 minutes at 8 PM. When the clock reached 12 minutes to wait, it got stuck and did not change for nearly one hour. So I went to ID.ME site to ask for help and filled out a request for help. This at 2 AM! Minutes later, I received an e-mail saying to click on the button to be verified. Poor me, Instead of being verified, the clock went backwards and showed the wait time to be 2 hours and 50minutes. So that will put me close to 5 AM to get someone to "verify" me.
This looks like a scam agreed with the Georgia Labor department officials to supress the rampant unemployment caused by COVID in a State where the governor was completely irresponsible.
On the other hand, I wonder if there could be a class suit against this company for not providing the necessary service for possibly thousands of people waiting to be "verified".

Wait of 5+ hours. When the session finally starts, no one actually speaks with you. They just reject your documents with no conversation about it — even when they are clearly in the wrong. Their interface is buggy to begin with. E.g. The taking of selfies.

There is absolutely ZERO customer support, I've submitted around 20 support requests the last month and NOTHING, few robot emails saying they care about my business and will be in contact soon. The owner had it running on autopilot and doesn't care about anything but his bank account,, leaving thousands of us BROKE AND SOME HAVE BECOME HOMELESS because of this $#*!. I've contacted an attorney ya class action lawsuit against these pricks

The service first wouldn't accept my documents and I spent weeks just trying to enter my information. I am a child of divorce so having a middle name and two last names made it difficult just to get everything settled. This part took WEEKS.
The service does not run for 24-7, you can tell because they kick you off at midnight and the times never change. They don't answer calls, it's a huge run around asking for document after document just so you can get unemployment. Some of us have duties to our families since we can't contribute financially to our households so this is tolling and difficult. I have been waiting for 25+ hour. I waited through the night and currently am dealing with a screaming baby just to get one appointment. They keep rejecting my documents. I am me, not some stupid person in Russia "steal American unemployment." Stop using unreasonable services to prevent people down on their luck from getting money that doesn't even cover rent! Imagine if i had to sit in a public library to do this. The time for being on the computer would run out and I would never be able to be assisted! This is such a classist thing to do!
