Had to sign in twice and am still owed 6 checks I have contacted ID.me and NYS unemployment and have heard nothing about my problem. Have been filing unemployment since 2006 and have never had a problem until ID.me got involved. Please don't send me an email saying I am satisfied with your service I am not. I filed my claim by phone with the NYS unemployment. I signed up the first time for ID.me at the NYS unemployment office in Massena NY I feel I have put through all this due to ID.me so don't tell me I am happy with your service I am not
