The process was easy to follow. However, the biometrics verification would not accept my PDF image of my driver's license (I understand it will only accept jpeg images) nor would it accept photos taken with my smartphone. What I thought would take 5-10 minutes to verify took 48 minutes to complete.

I am a senior and the whole online process was hard and a bit nerve racking for me. However, the agent who helped me was patient, actually beyond patient, as I was so unaware of how to proceed.
