I was skeptical at first with sharing my personal info online. It was the easiest and safest thing I have ever done! The lady who called me on a zoom-like call was so kind and explained the process to me. After talking to her "face-to-face", I was ALL IN; my fears were gone and she was so quick & efficient. I highly recommend this to anyone who is skeptical, like me. Once she appeared on my phone, all my uncertainties were gone and the process was so easy.
Proving who you are can be very intimidating when the IRS are the ones wanting you to do that. You guys did it in one afternoon. Would be wonderful if the IRS would send me my check. However I D me a wonderful job.

I still haven't received my unemployment benefits and it's been almost 2 months and I am no happy the department of labor said you were suppose to call me back after I did a video call with you and you still haven't gotten back to me, it's a disgrace that this is taking so long. Very pissed off.
