I got no help what's so ever... Customer service representative work just like the automatic system.No Help. Terrible experience. It sad that these people at ID me has the easiest job in the world and they still give there customers a hard time. They suspended my account right after I identified myself successfully. They still haven't sent my credentials over so I can log back into my UI portal. You people are terrible. Let me guess you guys hiring people off indeed or the temp agency. Shame on this site. My account Ben suspended since January 2022 and I have reached out too these people over a hundred times and still haven't received any real help. This site need to be shut down

Tried to access chrome to my older tablet computer and it comes up eauth.va.gov. Don't know what To do next about ordering my prescriptions or contacting my provider.
