This high-tech process is complex for us older folks; but the good news is that patience and persistence results in success. It's amazing what one must go through theses days ti identify yourself before being allowed to ask even a simple question.

I have been trying to make an account for months. There was always issues. When i contacted customer support i received a generic email from them after some time had passed. Its really been very stressful making the account. When trying to verify my identity through a video call I had to wait a long time for it to start. Then when it finally started the call the agent hanged up on me! After waiting a long time again I finally talked to a very nice lady who verified everything really fast.

The input of info wasn't quick. It was supposed to be 10 min. I had to jump back and fourth and extended waits for replies. Im glad to finally be verified.
I had to use a refree to verify my ID cause they couldn't by phone the refree I got was so nice and so understanding she made things go so very easy. There should be more like her.
