I can only hope that my information is secure. But there are too many "tech hoops" for non-technical people like me to jump through. I don't text, I don't have a high-tech phone and I don't use apps. The systems these days rely too much on these things and they forget that there are people who, for one reason or another, don't use these hi-tech devices. There needs to be a simpler way to do this.
