I believe Government should fulfil such essential services, not contract them out. But as far as the quality of this service, nothing to complain about. And be warned everyone - to find two forms of ID, take acceptable pictures, crop/rotate/compress them, move them into the right place, then upload them took me hours.
Greetings my verification was very simple and the customer service representative that assisted me went above his job. He did not disconnect me when i was having technical difficulties connecting to verify my identity. He he showed my how to use an app I've never used before so I'm very happy with their service
