Patience, lighting, and internet speed is must to get through ID.me successfully. It feels awesome after the completion knowing you're setup if it took several attempts to adjust to the process.

Had to use this site for Florida government things but other than that the site was simple and easy to use, only down side is the long wait times for an agent to video call you and verify you but they can't help the hold times.

The entire process was easy to follow, the links they sent to your phone were also easy to follow, and the agents who helped me were very friendly and welcoming. They smiled a lot. It made the whole process very enjoyable.
