I have since been able to utilize their site to obtain a specialty retail discount provided to RNs, by verifying my licensure with them. My husbands account has been suspended for over a month. They have escalated the problem but has not fixed the issue. There is zero effort, no updates, no phone calls, and no emails. When you ask for an update or to speak to a supervisor, there is no one to assist. I would suggest people be aware and check out their social media Facebook site. Easy process until the end when told to go back to previous browser. Had trouble with that and got a message that my entry had a problem and needs to start over. But didn't actually have to do that. Confusing but worked out ok.

Got laid off and trying to get unemployment, but won't verify my identity due to last job in mortgage industry and having an account with them. System won't update old account with my personal email instead of old work email. Now in limbo and hoping this isn't going to delay unemployment payments... more to come on this.

My advice to you is take your time and if it don't work the first time do it over and overtook me like almost 2 days to get the documents right and finally it happened so I'm very happy satisfaction guarantee
