My husbands account has been suspended for over a month. They have escalated the problem but has not fixed the issue. There is zero effort, no updates, no phone calls, and no emails. When you ask for an update or to speak to a supervisor, there is no one to assist. I would suggest people be aware and check out their social media Facebook site. Got laid off and trying to get unemployment, but won't verify my identity due to last job in mortgage industry and having an account with them. My advice to you is take your time and if it don't work the first time do it over and overtook me like almost 2 days to get the documents right and finally it happened so I'm very happy satisfaction guarantee
