ID.me solved my problem about trying to get updated information to social security. Social security uses the 3 credit reporting agencies to gather information. Sometimes they have your information wrong. ID.me got my correct information and I was able to get my social security card to replace my card that was damaged. They are simple, straight forward, and they get the job done.

After trying to get on ID me myself my documents were not go through ID me assigned an operator to personally see that I was subscribed and got on to ID me. I D me took the time. Five stars, because my customer service representative was professional and very patient with me no matter how many questions I ask she was so calm it scared me, because I never had someone to speak with me in such a mild tone manner, my rep so calm she didn't show any signs of being upset or anger. If I had customer service representatives like this at all times I will always give 5 stars, however this is my first time giving a customer service representatives 5 stars.
