The process to ID.ME is simple and easy. My only problem was that I got several outside calls and this caused me to have to repeat a step. I would suggest to notify people not to call for 5 minutes.

I find it good with one question and a suggestion. Question - I checked to upload images of my passport card but why it leads me to upload my driver's license instead? I chose my passport card was this is the only piece of ID that was not comprised (my passport book was compromised too), Suggestion - I was sitting too far from the webcam and I didn't notice the note on the bottom of the screen asking me to sit closer until quite sometime later. I think it would be better to have the warning in RED and in the middle of the screen so it cannot be overlooked.
