Very easy-to-use, safe and secure. I was able to get direct access to my data and even apply for a ssc all from the comfort of my home with my smartphone.

Very clear and precise instructions. So much clearer than Login.gov. Instructions on Login.gov has lengthy instructions which sometimes hard to remember. ID.me has shorter instructions, I logged into, and had no issues.

2 years of hell and frustration. This has been going on for at least a year. I have come to the conclusion that with the education of whoever did this program, they failed the course, probably never given, called common sense, and also a course call ed how to deal with older veterans.

I should be able to access state and federal tax accounts. I can see 3 years activity. I don't have medicaid or income supplemental accounts.

Got disgusted waiting on representatives for IRS to give me an answer. Tried this and it worked. Brings I am 86 years old and a recent widow, I NEEDED HELP!

Difficulty and a different process if you had given prior notice of change the process would have been less difficult. Out of 4 providers in our practice one had been previously using this at another siite the other 3 had to do go through this new process

I'd.me is the sole blocker to getting my business done with the IRS. I am charged multiple fees to have to set up with a live agent (after holding on the phone for hours on end) just because I cannot access my online account as I'd.me toggles between account suspended and account verified but never allows access.

Always makes you feel secure. Security is a good feeling to have these days. Using this is your portal. Can ensure Dad there's nobody else using your information. A nice feeling of ease when you're using something like this compared to a generic form of login or verification.

Was easy to do much like nongovernmental verification processes. No glitches. Straightforward and was not time-consuming

I have not liked how long I have had to wait for my tax return being told it would be 3 to 5 weeks and then have to do a verification id now have to wait agian
