He was very easy to understand from beginning to end. It was pretty self-explanatory of how to do what you needed to do. I had to jump through few hoops on a part of it, but that's okay because that means my stuff is under lock & key so it's going to be hard for somebody else to try to get it. Love it

I thought I had an account until the IRS needed proof! I hadn't gone through the procedure yet, but even across platforms (Microsoft and Android) the process was clear and simple at each step. I.D. Me did all the work, and the IRS accepted their word. Not a bunch of "I'm not a robot" stuff, it was even more thorough, but again, I.D. Me made it easy.
Now even I know who I am! And I did not receive anything for this review.

It took me a month to finally get a person to respond to me and she seemed to be the only one that actually cared to do her job. I emailed 3 times a day for a month because ypu can't speak to a actual human being. I even went as far as to dm the CEO on Twitter that is a veteran and I thought he would care about what my issue was because they are verifying identities for seniors, veterans and people trying to verify their identity for IRS but he didn't care to respond either.
I can't believe they have a government contract to verify our identities, this is the absolute worse service I've ever used in my lifetime and I've dealt with Amazon returns.
I definitely give it no stars on yelp.

I think ID.me is not a bad service. They are trying to assist with everything but I think at times it gets a little over complicated but I do find them to be very helpful in resolving issues.
