Simple instructions and the process was quick. The face scanning takes a little adjusting but you get good feedback in the process (the system gives you direction i. E. 'move left') which was very helpful. Login.gov never accepted any photo or even a scan of my drivers license- it was downright maddening.

Mercedes at ID.me went out of her way in my verification process to get an IRS on-line account. Living in China, it is sometimes hard connecting to the USA. When I got to the video process, I could not connect. Mercedes called my family in Arizona and I was contacted.
