Once I figured out what they wanted, gathered the information, it seemed to work ok (aside from my own human errors).

Didn't have to wait long for verification by an agent, it was obvious what documents I needed to upload and how to do it. Also seamless to use both a phone and a computer to do the uploads and not have to worry about how I get photos from my phone onto my computer.
I'm really not even entirely sure what I.D.Me is really all about, but I had to do it, and at first I struggled with it a bit and grew a bit frustrated, but after having to do it a coue different times and finally sitting down to do it with no outside distractions, it became a little bit easier and I was able to breeze right through it.
