I truly recommend you request assistance from another Customer Service Associate, if Saiful responds to any of your queries. Otherwise, your issue won't be addressed, and you'll be waiting weeks on end for a resolution, or even a response.
If you need to be verified by an agency, ID.me has the best possible online system I have seen. It was not super easy, but you would not expect it to be simple. They are going to say they have no doubt that you are who you say you are. However, having that understanding, ID.me has to have a demanding process. In the beginning they give you all the possible scenarios you could use to meet their requirements. As a result, you can find the one that fits your situation before you go through the process. Then you can have the paperwork available when you need it. The process moves along expeditiously and I was able to finish it in one day.
Well once I actually got it verified after 6 months of trying the lady was very professional and helpful now I need to know where my return is this has taken 8 months and I'm about to be evicted. She told me that it would only be a day or two and now it's been 5. I now need additional help and I am just getting the run around.
