Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I had forgotten how to get the webcam setup & I had to reread the instructions (my fault). The facial scanning program is generated by the ID.me website so I didn't have to download another program. Very pleased with the experience and will recommend this process to my friends. Looking forward to using the website to access my tax data.
