Very good experience no complaints. More suggestion I have is maybe the time waiting on my turn for a video call conference. It was not great because I had to sit and look at my phone the whole time I wish they would have some kind of notification girl to let you know that it's time for your video call conference not just let you know on your phone whenever it comes up showing you that way you don't have to sit and look at your phone the entire time.

ID.me is a convenient service for most to be able to provide necessary documentation for various assistance, and other social services. However it would be much appreciated to find ways of making documentation easier to download, for those who are not computer savvy and need additional assistance in getting things downloaded. Understanding what format a document must be converted to, is something many who are computer challenged may not know how to do. When people are seeking assistance, especially that relates to financial matters, there is usually a great deal of stress around this condition, and therefore makes it that much more difficult for someone to seek the care they are needing. In addition, when the visual part of the verification process is performed, it would definitely be more reassuring to be in the presence of not only professionalism, but also someone who expresses their human side, and not stay dead-panned throughout the questioning review. Please keep this in mind when developing new stream-line efforts to provide assistance to the "masses".
