I was very pleased with my experience During the process to have my ID verified it was easy and I was even accommodated as it was technical issues but we are transfer everything to zoom which made the process that much easier I appreciate everything

It was easy to set up an account using ID.me. The system asked me to take a photo of my driver's license, front and back. The system did a face scan. I had to do it a second time and be in better lighting to get the face scan done. Easy-peasy!
