I am grateful for the ZOOM call to fix my block to log in due to an OLD email account. Do NOT use a company email as one day you may leave. ALWAYS use a personal email for log in and make a note to your phone and password records. Finally the email came back and a ZOOM call was set up so we could meet and do the identity in ZOOM.
