I cant express the gratitude I felt towards your employee. ID.Me company is very fortunate to have a person with such kindness and care that is sincere not forced. When I was about to give up and not continue with verifying my identity, another opportunity to attempt a video call popped up and asked if I wished to join I pressed yes and then your employee pops up with a huge smile on his face and saves the night for me. I cant thank him enough for the help and very easy steps he explained so clear and patiently. I have not encountered a person with so much desire to assist a complete stranger. This process was ok. The rules about which documents were acceptable to send were confusing. Also, my documents, even though i tried to send the most modern form of drivers license and passport, didn't pass IRS inspection when they downloaded, so I had to have a video conference verification. The nice thing about the video chat though, was that my video chat referee was friendly and welcoming.

IDME in the past they did have a horrid wait time but looks like they staffed up and now the wait time was minimal. It sucks that i had to try several times to upload documents and video scan but the video call was straight forward and easy. Also it was helpful the rep was nice this is the only reason i am leaving this review to say the wait time is low and showing your documents to someone takes no time.
