Nothing beats real human contact. At first, I was tempted to feel disappointed that my auto-authentication failed and I would have to go the "real agent" route. However, I am so glad I did. I actually prefer being verified by a real person. It feels well, personal and personable (ie, human, LOL). The process was a LOT faster than expected; easy, authentic and DONE in a jiffy. The expected wait time was half of what was originally posted and it updates every 30 seconds. IMHO, this authentic person to person verification is THE game changer.
