I uploaded my two forms of ID, but was unable to be verified by that alone although I have resided at the same address for many years. I waited to do a video call with a representative which was a long wait, about thirty minutes. This was on a Saturday, kudos for availability on the weekend. The representative was helpful and pleasant and took care of things right away for me. Although parts were difficult, overall a good experience.
