I am not especially computer literate and felt there was a lot of information in the way of the process to establish a direct deposit. I believe it could be simplied but I was eventully able to get set up. My advice is to stick with it and you will get it done.

My experience was not nearly as painful as I thought it would be, from prior experience with other companies. I could do small tasks in-between waiting for my rep with the call estimation online. My rep was kind, courteous, and thorough, and it was overall a surprisingly pleasant experience.

This is an ID verification site. I have some unusual and ancient IDs, but they were reviewed, and an extremely patient agent verified them during a video interview. I was amazed that it was possible to do it in a day (there was a 1.5 hour wait for a video interview, but that's nothing compared to the amount of time document verification for various purposes used to take).
