The person I spoke with was very kind and spoke very clearly and was super sweet. My experience with her was quick and easy and she was very knowledgeable and I can't emphasize enough how comforting her voice was. After conversing with the representative. I felt comfortable enough to engage in our conversation to the point that we even had a few laughs in between me gathering my information needed to verify myself. His professionalism left me reassured that my sensitive items were not in jeopardy and that everything presented to him were used exactly for the purpose of verification and that I would not have to worry about my sensitive item ending up in the wrong hands. Good experience except the delay in getting responses back. I needed to reset my password and it took a very long time to get the link sent to me. It almost timed out which would have resulted in me starting all over again. This was the only issue I experienced.
