They said nothing about restrictions on movie tickets that I purchased before purchasing them. The theater near me only does online seat reservations. The tickets they sold me can't be used online. They are useless to me. Do not use this service.

For some reason I had a little bit of trouble getting through the initial steps. I also felt as if I was thrown back and forth thru different windows(after entering a password having to check email or phone for verification code, that kind of thing). And I know all these steps are to protect my information, but it seemed a little extreme. My video call with the live agent was great! It was nice to get some finality and know that the process was complete.
