I had to call in twice because I hadn't noticed my license had expired. I'm not the best at technology and the rep was so patient and kind trying several optons until we were able to connect and then after all her hard work noticed my license was expired, sharp eye. She was kind and polite as she directed me what to do

I had trouble understanding and was frustrate. When I requested help no matter the time I was helped up until the point of being completely done verifying myself and able to move on. If you are stuck just ask for help they are great at what they do and they make it hard for fraudster's which is what we all want. Very satisfied and I wasn't paid to say this lol!
