This experience was so fast, I was honestly shocked at how quickly it was done. I clicked on the button to proceed to meet someone over video call and it said 15 minutes wait so I put my phone down and went about my business but after 30 seconds it said someone was ready and I could click to join. Wow! The representative was super friendly and we barged through each item before she told me what to expect and thanked me. The funniest part was that she apologized for any long waits or technical difficulties- definitely not necessary!
