Got stuck on a photo upload page. Mobile # asked for, but my country code was not a choice in the list. In a help page What if I live in a different country?, it showed a window with 'I live in a different country' (or similar!) box to click on. This box didn't exist on the page I was on, in the website. Nowhere to proceed with that. Tried the video route. The verification process worked! The person was very pleasant, helpful. So finally, after some hours, success! Very complicated though. Log-in works fine and I'm looking forward to an adequate service!

My experience was rather short since I was prepared with all the necessary documentation. Some of my documents were difficult for my referee to read and we were able to work that out with a little extra light. I would recommend that when you are online to have excellent lighting. Other than that it went quick and the level of professionalism was outstanding. I would recommend this process to all those interested.
