I believe that the security features are comprehensive and should ensure that it would be very difficult to scam this system. But even though there were multiple identification factors, it was easy to navigate. (It would be more difficult if someone was unfamiliar with the tech involved or did not have the right equipment).

I was anxious anticipating the setup/registration process, and as the couple of inevitable glitches (ultimately the product of my own anxiety and ineptness with technology) emerged I was pretty agitated-- but I couldn't have asked for a smoother or simpler process. Taking and transmitting pictures of the required documents was particularly intimidating for me, but everything was straightforward, and the system actually waited for my return and carried on where I'd left off in a fit when I inadvertently hung up trying to view an instructional text. The agent was extremely adept at calming and reassuring me, I was genuinely a little bummed when we were through. Have no fear, the entire system and experience were fantastic.
